These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of media production services and vehicle rental services by Jecmek Rental Service to my clients. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms.
The Company provides the following services:
Photography and videography
Content creation and production
Equipment rental (cameras, lighting, audio gear)
Editing and post-production
Film House
Short-term and long-term vehicle rentals
Chauffeur-driven services (where applicable)
Logistics and transport support
All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm any booking.
Bookings are only confirmed after payment and written confirmation from the Company.
Full payment must be completed before service delivery or vehicle release, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other approved channels.
Late payments may attract additional charges or service suspension.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service date may be rescheduled (subject to availability).
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
The renter must possess a valid driver’s license.
The renter must provide valid identification and required documentation.
Vehicles must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
Subleasing or transferring the vehicle to a third party is prohibited.
The renter is responsible for any traffic violations, fines, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
A refundable security deposit may be required before vehicle release.
The deposit will be used to cover damages, late returns, or violations.
Vehicles must be returned with the agreed fuel level.
Additional charges apply for fuel discrepancies.
Vehicles must be returned on time and in the same condition as received.
Late returns will attract additional hourly or daily charges.
The Client is fully responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period.
The Client agrees to cover repair or replacement costs where applicable.
The Company is not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles or at media locations.
Delivery timelines will be agreed upon before project commencement.
Edited content will be delivered in agreed formats.
The Client is entitled to a limited number of revisions as agreed.
Additional revisions may attract extra charges.
The Company retains the right to use produced media for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Full ownership rights may be transferred upon complete payment (if included in agreement).
Equipment must be handled with care and returned in good condition.
The Client is liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment.
Late returns will attract additional charges.
The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, strikes, or government restrictions.
The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
The Company is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
The Company reserves the right to terminate services if the Client violates these terms or engages in unlawful or unsafe activities.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
By engaging our services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
